Planning on rerolling for Roger when the super sugo starts. What would be a good other legend to get alongside him? Currently thinking Roger + AvA, Roger + Shanks Crew or Roger + LT Law. From what I can tell AvA is the strongest captain but LT Law is harder to get and Shanks Crew would be a great sub for Roger.

Roger+LT Law, AvA is almost on every banner and Shanks crew is great but not something you reroll for.

How do you reroll in a regular sugo? I thought you could only do so on the very first one when you finish the tutorial on a new account...
