I have 2 questions. Are there any good units in the kizuna shop right now? Also, what are some good units to fight against ambushes and high level bosses. The despair and bind are both killing my team so hard.

Zoro/Sanji, Ace/Marco and O-Kiku are pretty good, Magellan also has his uses.

You can put Bind Resistance and Despair Resistance sockets to your teams, they reduce the bind amount by up to 3 turns. I'd also recommend doing some research before taking on a fight and building your team around the boss' debuffs.

Luffy boa is also a great unit, pick between them, zoro sanji and marco ace based on your best captains or gaps in your account
