The update happened around Sanji/Pudding release, which should be in about 1.5 months if they follow the schedule

Ok, just wanted to make sure it wasn't this one lol. Do you know if global also got boosted skill up rates? Or do we just not have 2x planned for this big mom event?

JP has almost never gotten skillups since the base rate was increased

IIRC we've only gotten 100% skillup for 6th Anni (Super Snakeman and co) as well as NY (Roger/Oden). That's it.

Right, that is what I meant. Did global get that permanent rate up?

The rate had been increased permanently. If we follow JPN's footsteps, we won't have any skill up events except the 100% ones for big celebrations.
