Guys i have some questions, how can i get manuals for L/S? I saw that like 2 weeks ago there was an event to get them, now is gone and today i pulled them, there's no way i can get that event again? I have another question about special, all my friends in the list got Kaido vs Big Mom with max special, but the drop-rate for their manuals is so low, and when i try to feed the book they don't work or just one work (i tought that 36% level up changed something, but it's still shit). I don't want even talking about units with 15 levels of special move, like Onami and Shinobu, how i am supposed to level them up without special lv up? Since thei raid costs 60 stamina and it's a lot.

Use almighty manuals.

I was able to finish all of the units specials in a few days. I do have 300 stamina though so I finished in a few days. Or they are using almighty manuals cause it's faster.

Those raid units you just feed as is, not really anything you can do with them unless a big event is coming soon which none are on global. Soonest possible would be Korean anni but there’s absolutely no guarantee we’ll celebrate that, after that French anni in august.
