Here is a list for RRs. I did not save the original post this list was featured on so I can't credit the creator unfortunately. Not made by me though.

I am not aware of this kind of a list for Legends but LB+ for Legends is incredibly expensive and should be done as last resort imo.

Ok thanks. I wasn't planning on LB+ing legends, I just know some (Like oSoba) have better CA with lb+
