Where do I get the skulls for 6+ Onami?

On JP? If she's not a regular blue skull 6+ she's likely got an unlockable quest.

Like for Bullet right? I checked there's nothing there only Green Nami 6+ island

Should be added to the Exchange eventually like the Blackbeard skulls

So the ambush skulls aren't going to be used anymore for new characters huh? I just came back after a while break and I was so confused

PSY Sanji, INT Zoro and DEX Blackbeard have their skulls in Kizuna
This has been the new norm for 6+ skulls
