It said part 2 of the banner would start at 7pm pst, that was 15 mins ago and nothing yet. Is a little delay common?

Not really, I guess we will have an apologem cause It is kinda odd this delay. Also the event of kaido and big mom was suppose to be right with part 2, I guess they are waiting for the championship to end.
