Did you perhaps have any box filters active? Including the pvp ones?

nope no filter or anything. However I remember when I recruited it, it wasn’t like a normal poster, rather it went dark then a cloud of smoke came in and then the Franky popped up.

Yeah it would be a LRR animation. Did you check your Voyage log if that Franky has been added?

And using the search bar for "Franky" also has no success?

Yeah exactly that, I had checked voyage log and Franky had been added, but when using the search bar for the Character list he wasn’t anywhere to be found.

You could try to repair resources from the main loading screen.

Other than that, I have no clue what else to do. You did not have a special filter or pvp filter active? That was my initial thought and still the most likely solution.

When you say no filters active, all of the PvP filters were still on right?

how can I check if the pvp filters are still active?

They’re in the filter section, they’ve got the PvP symbols like shield and the underwater mine looking thing and “other”. Make sure all of those are on.
