How to farm rr str law and rr str boa special? Optc db says they were released with int supertype blackbeard and i got answered the other day i can’t farm his special and must use almighty manuals. Is it same for those rare recruit?

There is always an island when new units release that have skill up books for them. After they are gone it might be a long time you can get the books again so using almighty manuals is your best choice.

If that was how LRRs worked, then every rr from like almost the full past year would be an lrr
