which is better in utility wise in psy-based roger team, xmas chappor or santa nami?

Most of the time chopper will probably more useful because bind and despair are so common. Nami is probably only better if you need chain and the enemy chain locks you or whatever, as Roger gives full matching (as long as you fill his supertype)
