And what subs are you suggesting for me? I am a noob at team building and have no clue who is awesome and who not

Well, I cannot tell you exactly since I don't know what units you have but any unit can be used as a sub for Roger. They will only depend on the content you are doing since Roger boosts everyone. I suggest you look up some vidoes on which units are good and also on teambuilding. Toadskii's channel has some good videos about that.
