Its always up to you of course, but I've found that the way you stay FTP in Gatcha games is by 'quitting while you are ahead'. You came in trying to get Roger, and you got him. Instead of giving yourself a chance to get unlucky, just cash in, enjoy your god tier captain, and you've already started a significant savings for anni or KaidoVsBigmom. Its not a strategy for everyone's personality, but I think it works well. You do you.
(Side note: I have NO evidence for this besides this extrapolation, but the medal shop offerings just switched from the nami/robin banner to the luffy/zoro banner. They offered the entire selection of legends each month. Sooo..... the next set of legends includes Shanks Crew. There is a chance you might be able to get Shanks for 400 medals on Feb 1st)
