What's the most efficient way to farm manuals for roger and the new batch? The 30 stamina Night difficulty is the best right? Do you use rewards x2? or is it a waste?

I always do 2x rewards, being a senior player I never have issues with stamina. Additionally with the new update you get to use auto refill up to two times. I now have enough for Roger and missing some for Oden, but if I don’t get enough until the 100% special success for 1 day, I will simply use my regular Almighty Manuals.
