the captain effect to remove special bind activates right after you are special binded, if you are despaired first and then special binded even if you remove the despair the special bind will stay and will have to be removed by others specials

I confirm it works like this. I experienced it with Stampede Luffy when he gets bind and paralysis, removing the bind will not let him remove the paralysis.
