Ah i see. That sucks. So they changed it to bimonthly. Didn't notice.

No, it's a one off thing. JP skipped the reset during Anni in May as well. It's been monthly aside from that one time.

So any extra gems Bandai gives out during this event (for ex CM resets or gifts or the treasure island 50 gems or gem snails etc), technically it's lower by roughly 70? gems from them not resetting GC.

Ok so thats whats going on, they are cheaping out. I can't really complain much though since they neutralized that cheap move with an all red multi even if it was a galactic dupe fest for me, twice.
