You will need at least 13.340 + 100/skillbook for the usual rainbow.

• 9 copies: 9.000 (seems there is no 500 discount copies anymore)
• LB materials set 4.340
• skill books 100/each

Or go with the budget option of 1 copy + x skillbooks. But LB-ing will usually decrease the cooldown by a lot, so it is better get the full package in general.

Yeah, you do start at a disadvantage if you did not participate in all the TMs and get those units then. Don't expect to get them all soon, but you will eventually.

The 500 discount ones should still exist once every tm but I think it’s only during tm.
