yo can anybody tell me how i could get a ship that boosts crews HP? Played a long time ago and noticed that you can’t do the missions anymore after you clear an island, with which i got most of my ships.

Many ships boost HP, see here.. but you should almost always prioritize ATK boost when choosing a ship for your team.

The ships from the bat missions you're talking about are gone and there's currently no way to get them.. but they were pretty outdated anyway, the only one that was used every once in a while was the Dreadnaught Sabre.
