What is more useful overall? v3 kata or v2 bb? In PVE & PVP.

Also, Is it worth it to go for the 5th all-legend multi if you are missing only 2 of the boosted legends (one of which is banner legend)? After counting the rates and the given pool, I'm looking at a ~38% chance of a new unit with only a ~20% chance of getting something I really want.

I would say BB is slightly better for PvE in general content specially with the LB expansion. The requirements of Katakuri's captain and super special make him harder to use overall.

In PvP they're both really powerful, but the utility plus fixed damage of Katakuri is just amazing so I consider him better here.

Both are great units, but for PVE it really comes down to your preference of gameplay. Katakuri is a fake low HP captain. When you're 50% or below you get a lot of DR making your effective HP the same as being 100% and your heals are way more valuable. And if you can meet his super type condition, he does an insane amount of damage, even without color affinity, being a 5x captain that can apply a guaranteed conditional boost.

As for BB, he's more a captain does damage, like Bullet, but still has a pretty good 4.25x for INT. He is a bit slow because you need to use his special 2 times until you max his damage, but he's fun to use too.

If you pair BB and Kata as captains you get the stronger hit you can get in game by a solo unit without counting type affinity.

In PVP both work really well together.
