You have a decent enough start. The way I would put it is, Kaido will help you easy clear content very fast for a long time, but luffy/law is better for end game harder content that Kaido might not be able to clear.

k tyvm I guess I will have to re-roll sad to lose kaido. Where is gear 4 luffy the blue one good at because I can't use him with luffy/law in same team?

gear 4 blue luffy is the best character you can get in that straw hat 10 pull, the second best is probably Nami, but getting any 2nd legend is probably good enough. Gear 4 Blue Luffy super evolves into Snakeman V1 and is almost as widely versatile as luffy/law. There is no 'one team' that clears everything in the game, its best to have a wide variety. So the better legends right now are the ones that can be used on a wide variety of teams and having both Gear 4 Luffy and Luffy/Law will help in the long run.
