As a relatively new player (since right before vivi treasure map) i pulled twice for parts 1 and 2 for the guaranteed units. currently running lawffy as my go to captain with v3 law and bullet as subs. I'm not sure i have the resources to do well in pvp but with the chopperman rookie quests reset i can get enough gems to go for the all red pull of any banner. should i go for v2 snakeman in part 1 or is it worth it to try for shanks in part 4? I'm worried shanks will be obsolete through super types and power creep.

https://youtu.be/JInGZ2mcxq0 here you go man its a jp tierlist it should help you out with the longevity of certian units since jp is around 5 months ahead you can see how some legends aged

As for shanks crew their arguably the best unit on global and on jp it's close but imo they're easily second best

If you're talking about Shanks Crew, no they won't be "obsolete" for a very long time. In fact they'll stay relevant way longer than v2 Snakeman!

That said, don't pull for a single unit, you'll only get disappointed! Choose the banner to pull on by where you're missing the most boosted units.
