Legends you use the most

That’s what I figured but I’m still fairly new so I wasn’t sure if there were any legends who are really reliant on special abilities to be good or legends who had really broken specials

Well you probably are using the special if that unit is in your crew..

Don't think I can recall any legends where you use it just for the unit...

Actually I can. Jack, Buggy. And for me personally, Bullet since his imo CD is so long even maxed.
