Is there a tier list for 5 star characters (ones you sell for 300 ray points)? I will draw in tomorrows sugo so I will need to clean my bag. I don't want to sell usefull units. ( I am new to game)

No there isn’t. I would not sell anything that is not a dupe; if you need more space, buy it with gems.

Does that mean that one should always sell dupes on the bazaar? I got a dupe of magellan dont know if i should keep him

You can keep legend dupes for cost-restricted stuff or if they don't have a 6+ or if they have a sidegrade 6+, otherwise I'd sell. RRs can be used for support/lb potentials too (once you have everything you want from the bazaar).

Honestly as a 5 year player I almost NEVER sell non-legend dupes. It takes roughly 233 non-legend dupes (AKA RR Dupes) to finance the "New Last Year Legend Ticket". So use them to level up the support/lb potential abilities.
Legends are worth 5000 ray points, so dupes that don't have diverging evolution paths (6+ forms with different specials or typing) get sold typically. It only takes 14 Legend dupes for 1 of those same tickets.

By any chance are you aware that you can "store" cc in pigs, this saves a lot of space and is less costly as well. Maybe your box is full after the wapol event.
