Where can I find the translations for the daily and weekly chopperman missions for japan

They don't exist. Not in one place, at least.

Daily chopper missions are,

Participate 3x PvP matches

And do some extra islands. It should be 2x or 3x

Also there should be one for spending 100 stamina.

Well, if you just do some extra islands and 3x PvP matches, it's done.

As for weekly missions, there is no such a thing. Every chopperman mission at 3rd tab is event related. You can find their translation at those event's own megathread.

Or there is easier way, you can use Google Translate app. It can translate things from screenshots.
