Can't delete expired tavern nor pull from mail, and I got error tracking number: 400(55)

Try to repair resources, it might work.

Well, there is a way to delete it actually.

You can delete it by re-login to your account but you will also lose your favorite list, other mails, team settings etc. So, it isn't worth it.

The 1st method already tried, but the mail still exist

There is 2 methods to do it:

PS: Your account need to backed up with either SNS or ID before doing any of this. Also, collect any mail you haven't collected yet. Because every mail will be deleted.

  1. If your device is not rooted;
    • Go for app settings, find the game and clear data
    • Or you can also delete the game and install it again.
  2. If your device is rooted;
    • Go to the "/data/data/com.namcobandaigames.spmoja10E/files/documents/ " for Global and delete these 2 files: "device.db and sakura.db"
    • "/data/data/com.namcobandaigames.spmoja10/files/documents/ " for Japan and delete these 2 files: "device.db and sakura.db"

With 1st method, you will have to download all the game data from scratch

With 2nd method, you won't have to download any data.

After doing either method, you will have to login to your account from the support/configure button at the start screen of the game. (Green button at the top) Select change device > Change Device with SNS or ID.
