Would you guys pull on Luffy/Zoro if you're only missing these legends? I feel like I should just wait for French anni to have better odds at getting something new and I don't see myself struggling for the next 2 months since I've cleared and maxed every content that is available up to date

I would not go ham, but at least do the double discounted pulls as it is a 2,5 rate.

Perhaps check the rate on the 3rd multi (both parts) to see if the 11th drop rates might be good.

I don't know about doing some multis only.. Feels like a waste to me specially if there is no guaranteed like TM boosters

Well that is a different question. There will probably be a TM Sugo with a guaranteed booster on the 2nd later. But Legends rates will not be as good as this Sugo.
