I would argue chopper as a guaranteed 6 +100 cotton candies is better than a chance at a guaranteed +1 support level when each unit requires 5 (and your odds are higher to get 5 cc than 3 support medals). Its 2/5 support levels for 1 units or (potentially) 3 maxed unit’s cc. Sure cc is common but not even enough support to max one unit isn’t worth a ton to me.

The fact remains that ultimate support medals are probably the most rare resource in the game and CC is easily farmable.
