Where do I get the items to super evolve Bullet.

You have to farm his island, which is in the unlockable quests on Extra Island. It's "Rampage of Bullet, the Strongest in the World!" near the bottom.

I was actually gonna ask about this til you answered, I started right after katakuri v1 got his 6+, and I farmed those out on the medium difficulty, can you do the same with bullet, or is it only dropped in the ultimate stages after the event leaves?

As far as I know, the lower difficulties should still be available when you purchase the unlockable quest, and they will still drop skulls at a lower rate like normal. I can't say that with 100% certainty for Bullet's island, but I know that the Sanji/Franky one was like that, so it should work the same.

Thanks, I've been hesitant to buy his skull island, cuz I saw some of the teams for his Ult/50 stam stage, and was worried I wouldnt be able to clear it or have to burn a ton of RF for it

In addition to what was said, make sure you can replicate a team that somebody else made because otherwise there’s a good chance you’ll die, be unable to beat it, and waste gems. And I mean fully copy a team except maybe support because I’ve seen plenty of people complain about not being able to beat the stages to later explain they tried to sub out an unreplaceable unit like ambush linlin or tm big mom.
