is there a way to have the japan version of optc on my phone without deleting my global version?

If you're on android you can download qooapp from Google and download the Japanese version from there. And it won't delete your global. On Apple I think you need a Japanese iTunes account, but I'm not sure how to get one

They are different apps. You should have no problem of having both on your phone.

For example, I do have them both
