Sorry for the noob question but I just back to the game after a couple of years. When I played before you could only get 1 TM unit per map, how do you do now to obtain past units?

There should be a button in the TM store that shows you the past units and allows you to buy them and there manuals and LB crystals

Ah okok now I see, but it seems like you need a lot of runs in order to max an old character using this method right? I'm a bit confused because this anniversary Luffy take me so little runs to max, but I don't think this is normal with other non-anniversary units and you need more than the 1 million points Luffy needed. Sorry bro just back to the game and too much new stuff for my mind

Well i just started my jp account a few days before the 6th anni and i got the 3 million points in one day. So i was actually able to max luffy AND had enough tickets to max O-robi with around 8700 tickets
