I read something about x2 lvl up special permanent in JPN, should I wait to lvl up special or should I feed books right now?

You can wait til the rest of anni in hope of another 100% skill up, but I would say odds are low- just feed now

There is no special rate up event in the foreseeable future at Japan.

Since they made that permanent 2x special up rate, they only released one skill up event which was for anniversary. So, they probably aren't going to release another one anytime soon.

But having said that, I think that Kid and Hawkins legends release is also part of the anniversary celebration. Who knows, they might release another 100% skill up again when Kid and Hawkins sugofest drops.

But don't keep your hopes up.
