How the fuck do you remove ship despair I don’t see nowhere on the entire internet how to do it

You need someone with a Ship Bind reduction potential ability. Go to optc.db, then go to LB filters > Ship Bind

If you are talking about sailor despair then do the same thing and just click sailor despair instead

It's a new mechanic, IDK what to say lol it's just like that. Used to be there was no way to reduce it so better than nothing
