I've been on a quite a long pause from JPN and I'm starting to get back into it. What TM charecter should i try to buy with tickets and LB??

Here's the global ratings. I'll write a quick piece on the JP-exclusive units:

Drake: Unique only for his barrier reduction. D tier or below since most barriers that are not 1-2 turns are 99.

Rebecca & Viola- B to C tier. 5 turn reductions of silence and burn is good as f2p but pretty much everything else about them is mediocre, you can def. do without them

Vivi: Pretty good, high b to mid A. 2x atk boost or 2 1.75x boosts is nice and flexible and she can go in any crew she gets boosted by.

Shirahoshi: D. Ok defensive special but defensive specials are rarely used.
