i just noticed something and didnt saw anyone mention it, why did global skipped that dressrosa event? the one with the doffy reward?

I think that one is after Luffy/Zoro

You are correct. That event was approximately 40 days before Luffy/Zoro and O-Soba Mask dropped

On JP, that event also overlapped with the return of the Aokiji vs Akainu event that Global got before JP. I wonder if that has something to do with it - like the devs mixed it up thought Global already got the Dressrosa event
