How many blue tickets do I need to completely buy out a unit + max LB it? What exactly do I have to buy?

Unit + max lb is 4834 or something like that. You buy one copy for 500 tickets and then I believe the LB kit or whatever they call it is 4334 tickets. Buying 9 copies is almost never necessary unless the unit is Shanks, or to a lesser extent Boa.
