Which of the TM units (jpn) needs the LB key the most?

Nobody “needs” it, they are mostly luxury- If you want to use one use it on O-Robi

boa gets a CDR of 3, big mom got an lb+ now too and orobi is also very useful. so definitely the ones that you use the most (or are the best, like BM orobi new luffy nami etc)
