3M is regular red, 5M and 7M is Carrot onwards (essentially 1.5 year reds) if they haven't changed it.

No limited reds for rankings, just regular reds.

So main reason people try high ranking at Japan is for limit break keys then.

With those 5m and 7m tickets, I think Japan's system may be better than global. You don't need to rank top500 just for 2x recent legends. You can get something close to it from personal rewards.

But ranking reds sux :/

Nah not really. 7M usually puts us somewhere close to rank 5k. So lots of people go for it anyways. More tablets and stuff from it too. JP LB keys are rank 500+. Aka unless you pulled for boosters (and not just the 2nd multi one, but at least 1 of the other 2), you're not getting that rank.

JP system is better for the casuals. Well... sort of. We take like 5-10 more runs to actually hit 7M points compared to Global because of the abysmal point growth. Plus usually not guaranteed birds. Plus... sometimes no birds at all. Oh and for the most part we get a fraction of the boosted units that Global gets.

It's worse than Global's system for anyone who actually grinds. Also, JP only got this system from TM X-Drake onwards (Global isn't even at this point - they essentially got the limited red system more than a good half year early). This entire time that Global has been getting 2x 1 year reds, JP had been getting 3 year reds (V1 Sanji onwards). It was only changed to Carrot and later recently.

Of course all of this is different with this TM since people are going to go hard with the false pretense that they have a better shot at higher ranks since they have all boosters.

I see, overall Global has better.

JP LB keys are rank 500+

top 22k gives 1 gold key

top 900 gives 2 gold key

There was 1 TM where they made the key for top 3k? Only happened once
