Yes, but you need a character with each 2nd classes IIRC (Striker Slasher etc...)

So he is class restricted and not an universal captain right?

For me Luffy/Law, the new Sanji.. those are universal captains because you can just put on anybody without thinking.

you can , but technically some subs will restrict you of using them if they ask for a captain of X class or color or X subs for their specials. So you cant still put anyone
