Wow, Lucci is going to be on a 5 turn cooldown now, that's actually pretty interesting. You get 3 turns of increased matching orb rate from him so being able to use that every 5 turns could be interesting.

If only it didn't cost so much to do LB+...

Thing is, you need his special in order for him to work as a captain at all. Rendering you short if 1 special or 2 if you decide to run double V1 Lucci... Actually still really bad.

I think only real usage would be as a counter to bad matching orbs debuff, since they can't be applied by a boss if another one is already active

Oh you are right. I was thinking about another occasion where I used him like that, but was against an increased un matching orb rates, not against an 'make x orbs unmatching' debuff
