Since almost all units have a primary class (fighter, slasher, shooter, striker) and a secondary class, he is universal.

Since he fullfils shooter, you need 3 other classes, which is easy to do.

for Franky, as long as the unit have one of those four classes.
for example, you can go full shooter team, or all fighter class(except for Franky himself obviously)
