For Kizuna, should I be solely running ultimate difficulty if I can? Or should I be trying all of them?

Just do the highest you can

You get increased returns the higher level you get in a single difficulty, so it’s better to focus on just one. Maybe move to x2 ultimate if you’re unable to finish on your own, or are not getting assistance fast enough.
