Yup and above 8k for demotion from new world to grandline, that shanks/Benn is super worth he's a 3.25x chain lock but he can use but only use his special and nobody else but 3.25x is crazy since it's the highest and only other character is legend tesoro which can use it as well

shanks/ben are only 3x chain lockers not 3.25x and the highest is v2 big mom who has a 3.5x chain lock and the new coliseum doffy/trebol are 3.25x like tesoro
