The rates for story character are horrible you think 40 runs is bad I grinded for 3days non stop for story Vivi and didn't get her to drop once

He is not really that important I never used him then I pulled legend ussop and I never used him either

He was back in the day. I used him a lot. But nowadays he's not that good. Especially with all the delay immunities that are on almost every raid/colo :)
