Thanks for clarifying his CA. Now, can you test his special as well, especially this part:

Recovers 14,343, reduces damage received by 90% for 1 turn and makes STR, DEX, QCK, PSY and INT orbs "beneficial" for all characters for 2 turns. If the HP of the enemy with the highest Maximum HP is below 434,300, instantly defeats all enemies, otherwise, delays all enemies for 1 turn, cuts the current HP of each enemy by 20%.

For example, in a Stage 18 or 19 of a 0-stamina forest with multiple enemies, can you eliminate all enemies with Brook's special just by bringing the highest max HP enemy below 434300?

Of course you can. It doesn't say that the Maximum HP of the enemy with the highest maximum HP has to be below 434,300. It just says that the current HP of the enemy with the highest maximum HP has to be below 434,300

You're right, my bad, i slept only 2 hours tonight and read it wrong! Really interesting if it works that way, pulled brook only and i'd love to see him become useful.
