Despair cancels CA, so this is the expected behavior.

Could you please test Bind too? Bind cancels the attack boost from CA, but not hp boost. So not sure about this.

I mean , it's not like he will see use as a captain out of zombie teams..

There are legends stronger than him but weaker than the top units that see little play
