This is quite interesting and a lot of comments are saying that after this AMA they started posting the rates on JP.

I just want to point out, by looking at the date, that this is around the exact time OPTC JP started to post their rates as apparently laws were cracking down in Japan that required them to do so.

So unfortunately this AMA might not have had an effect on JPN Dokkan but if GLB Dokkan improved after this then it is very relevant.

As a member of the community, if I may kindly chime in. Around that time there was an article I read(Came from china) where gachas or loot box typed games had to start showing rates. So it can be coincidence as well.
