Correct me if I am wrong, but didn’t we get a legend guaranteed at the end of the period? Why did they remove it? I couldn’t find any info if you could pull any legend from these tickets…are these rates 5%? Why do we get a list of legends pullable, if we can’t get any of them?

I've got Law twice so far from this, but all of these units show up so often in regular pulls, being a holiday event doesn't mean much.
