Well there are houses build on it. The ones the slaves building the bridges and their guards are living in.

But yes, anyone living on them will be little more than slaves.

Hey Props to the CDs for even realising they need slaves even in their post water world

And not just go pfft everyone's gonna die and left us superior people and not realise they thus will no longer have slaves if everyone died

I'm 100% convinced that this is a elder star project.

  1. They know about the rising water level.

  2. They are a lot more competent than the average CD, no comparison really.

  3. The order to build the bridges was given century ago and they are still being followed.

Prepare a project like this so u can stillm have slaves But don't prepare any plans for food when the water rises(as shown rn where their food is going low) because you and imu don't need food

But still need slaves
