Between Garp being captured and former antagonists like the Krieg Pirates and Moria showing up, I'm starting to get major Impel Down vibes for a Hachinosu prison break arc.

Kat Pirates for Pudding, Sengoku Tsuru for Garp Koby wants to help "Garp is of our generation your path is now a different one, we will rescue him .. or bring back his body for burial in Goa Kingdom" Law Bepo for Heart Pirates, Perona to rescue Moria, Mihawk joins to protect her/ fight Shiryu"

Koby did promise to rescue Moria in exchange for being set free so there are 3 main groups with different objectives - Tsuru respects Garp even if he has been a pain in the ass for decades and would be instrumental organizing the various factions into a joint venture Raid on Hachinosu
