Man, just think about how wild this must be for the OP universe.
The 5 Elders were FORCED to personally get involved with matters and are actively fighting pirates AND use their powers.

I wonder why we were introduced to the elders powers, even before the God's knights.

Not that I'm complaining, I'm loving the stakes. But just curious.

Gods knights are probably protecting God right now who is suspiciously left unguarded

Man, imagine if Blackbeard finds out that the Gorosei are all at Egghead and we see him confront Imu while all this is going on.

Imagine all the people talking about a potential Luffy vs. Blackbeard fight as the finale, just for BB being killed by the God Knights or Imu.

Or the other way around. BB kills Imu

I think God's Knights are kind of like the celestial dragons police force and most likely stay around Mariejois and only come down to the surface for those human hunts

Luffy is so dangerous he just skipped an entire level of enemies and went straight for the big bosses

Imagine if we get a plot twist that those five are actually replacable. Maybe God's Knights are actually same level as them but thy just happened to be the figureheads that are publicized.

Everytime a warlord or an emperor lost they easily found replacements, so having them being replaced would be the biggest irony.

Yh this chapter made me think that's possible. the gorosei might be the top bracket of gods knights who got promoted to the gorse role. although I still like to think that these guys been on these roles for centuries now.

We did also get to meet like two admirals before several warlords
