Yea i speculated once that each gorosei mightve two SHs fighting them.

Ju Peter or Topman Warcury for Sanji since he fights BIG opponents... or Mars since the only flyer there(with Usopp?)

It would be real fun to see the SH fight a tag team battle. I don’t think we really ever got 2v1 unless you count Zoro using Usopp as a sword.

We got the Zoro and Sanji team up in Davy Back. Not technically a fight but it was awesome and it would be so sick to have a few 2v1s, maybe a 3v1, watching their teamwork to take down the m'f'in GOROSEI

Im mean, maybe Brook will play a part in Zoro learning how to defeat the guy. Just like Zoro learn how to cut fire from Kinemon, Brook will give him tips on how his style work (probably the same principles as the Gorousei) and Zoro will get an insight from it.

My wish for the upcoming chapters is for Zoro to have a little clash with Samurai Gandhi so he realizes there is one more top dude other than Mihawk in swordsmanship. And probably the owner of Shodai Kitetsu (Supreme sword).

To be fair, we don't know if the blade has been turned permanently black by Nusjuro as opposed to whether he simply imbued it with haki in that specific moment.

Obviously I'm inclined to believe that it IS a true Black Blade that he turned into one, but I just wanted to point out that we can't draw any evidence-based conclusions yet on whether it's a Black Blade.

My crackpot theory is that Samurai Gandhi is actually Brooks' fight. Rumored immortal guy with a sword who moves fast and uses ice, vs skeleton ageless guy with a sword who moves fast and uses ice. Gives off Brook vs. Big Mom fight

I really don't want the Gorosei to be as strong or stronger than an admiral, or Mihawk. I'm fine with them being immortal or something similar, but them being the most powerful individuals in the WG, including the navy) makes the whole "balance of powers" argument kinda irrelevant.

As long as they're on current Zoro's level, it should be fine. After all, Luffy was toying with Saturn.

I think that the Kaido vs Luffy is near the apex level of strength in one piece, whit only maybe Roger, garp, Whitebeard and rocks above that level.

If the gorosei fall right below that Luffy vs kaido level I wouldn't really be too upset.

Also Kaido (and too an extent Luffy, Garp and possibly Roger) are more raw strength characters while with the gorosei it seems to be some more trickery going on

the balance of powers exists in the eye of citizens cause they dont know the gorosei are fighters and the gorosei want to keep it that way

i see them above admiral below yonkou each with garling around high yonkou and imu even above that

Definitely the correct answer. Therefore he gets to be stronger than Mihawk because he isn't a man, he's a horse, so he doesn't fit into the ranking of swordsmen.
